对武钢8号高炉冷却壁零损坏的经验进行了总结。其主要经验,一是优良的炉壳与冷却壁设计;二是合理的软水密闭循环冷却系统设计和管理;三是精心的日常操作管理和维护措施,如抓好原燃料管理、合理的热制度和造渣制度、适宜的上下部操作制度、确保一定厚度的渣皮等。8号高炉投产6年多,没有损坏1块冷却壁,同时也大量减少了风口的损坏个数,为高炉的长寿提供了保证。
