作者对51例脊髓肿瘤患者施行术中超声波诊断。男30例、女21例,年龄15~78岁(平均48岁)。肿瘤部位位于颈椎14例、胸椎23例、胸腰椎8例,骶尾部6例。在横断面肿瘤位于髓内10例,髓外硬膜内23例,硬膜外18例。组织学诊断髓内肿瘤中2例星形细胞瘤,2例血肿样组织(未做组织学检查),畸胎瘤、多形性神经胶质瘤、AVM各1例;髓外硬膜内肿瘤中14例神经鞘瘤,占61%,7例脊膜瘤;硬膜外肿瘤主要为转移瘤。使用Aloka超声诊断仪,探头频率7.5MHz。先切除椎板,于硬膜切开前、后分别用水浸法作超声探查。超声波检查脊髓主要观察:①是否有肿瘤等占位病变。②是否有囊肿或血肿。③中央管形态是否改变。④是否有
The authors performed intraoperative ultrasound in 51 patients with spinal cord tumors. 30 males and 21 females, aged 15 to 78 years (mean 48 years). Tumor site located in 14 cases of cervical spine, thoracic in 23 cases, thoracolumbar in 8 cases, 6 cases of sacrococcygeal. The cross-sectional tumor located in the intramedullary 10 cases, extramedullary 23 cases of epidural, epidural 18 cases. Histological diagnosis of intramedullary tumors in 2 cases of astrocytoma, 2 cases of hematoma-like tissue (without histological examination), teratoma, pleomorphic glioma, AVM 1 in each case; extramedullary intradural tumors In 14 cases schwannoma, accounting for 61%, 7 cases of meningiomas; epidural tumors are mainly metastases. Using Aloka ultrasound system, the probe frequency is 7.5MHz. First remove the lamina, in the dural before and after the immersion were used for ultrasonic exploration.
