目的:建立同时测定冠脉康片中橙皮苷和芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温25℃,以乙腈-4%醋酸(25∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.36~5.76μg(r=0.9997)范围内,橙皮苷进样量在0.006~0.096μg(r=0.9996)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.4%和97.0%,RSD分别为1.09%(n=6)和1.21%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of hesperidin and paeoniflorin in Guanmaikang tablets. Methods: The HPLC method was used on a C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 25 ° C and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-4% acetic acid (25:80) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / The wavelength is 230 nm.
