目的了解农村留守儿童营养素摄入情况以及相关影响因素,为开展营养干预、改善农村儿童营养状况提供依据。方法分层整群抽取四川省资阳市2所农村小学二~五年级学生共计472名,使用调查问卷收集家庭构成,并采用7 d连续膳食个人食物登记法收集调查对象的饮食状况。结果非留守、双亲留守、单亲留守儿童的总能量摄入量与推荐值之比分别为0.57,0.56,0.52,总能量、脂肪、钙的摄入量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);回归分析显示,留守类别、吃零食情况是影响农村儿童总能量摄入的重要因素。结论农村留守儿童膳食营养素中的总能量、蛋白质、脂肪、钙的摄入量均不足。应着重针对留守儿童及其吃零食行为等方面进行膳食营养干预。
Objective To understand the nutrient intake of left-behind children in rural areas and the related influencing factors, and to provide the basis for nutrition intervention and improving the nutrition status of rural children. Methods A total of 472 sophomores from 2 rural primary schools in Ziyang City of Sichuan Province were stratified and clustered to collect the family composition by questionnaire. The food status of the surveyed subjects was collected using the 7-day continuous diet registration method. The results of non-staying, parents left behind, single-parent left-behind children’s total energy intake and recommended value ratio were 0.57,0.56,0.52, total energy, fat, calcium intake were statistically significant differences (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Regression analysis showed that left-behind categories and snacking were the important factors affecting the total energy intake of rural children. Conclusion The total energy, protein, fat and calcium intake of left-behind children in rural areas are not enough. Should focus on left-behind children and their snacking behavior and other aspects of dietary nutrition intervention.
