当前,大电网的农电管理重心逐步下移,不断对乡镇供电所的管理进行顶层设计,健全完善乡镇供电所组织机构、优化业务流程和人员配置、加强供电所关键岗位和重点业务管控,开展乡镇供电所标准化示范创建工作等,逐步把科学的管理方式深植到乡镇供电所,探索城乡供电一体化管理模式。消除农电管理体制的障碍之后,乡镇供电所的松散发展状态将得到规范和管控。农村电网的发展、农电管理体制的理顺、城乡供电一体化管理、大电网对乡镇供电所组织机构的重新设置等,为乡镇供电所的职能定位和作业模式提出新要求。乡镇供电所应以转变职能为依托,抓住自身发展的契机。
