近20年来的研究表明,超氧化物歧化酶类(Su-peroxide dismutases,SODs)与人类健康和疾病的发生、发展及愈合均有密切关系,因此受到国内外学者的广泛重视.为探讨肿瘤患者血清SODs的变化及其意义,我们对某些消化肿瘤和肝硬化患者血清进行了检测,并与正常人作对照比较,现报告如下。材料和方法观察对象:选择正常人组78名,男52名、女26名.年龄18~42岁,皆为健康献血员;消化系肿瘤组114例,男82例,女32例,年龄29~75岁,(由中国医学科学院肿瘤医院及本院消化科提供血清).其中食道癌35例,胃癌23例,大肠癌27例,肝癌29例.诊断皆经活检病理和手术证实;肝硬化42例,男33例,女9例,年龄21~83岁,皆系本院消化科
Nearly 20 years of research have shown that superoxide dismutases (SODs) are closely related to the occurrence, development and healing of human health and disease, and therefore have been widely considered by scholars both at home and abroad. Serum SODs changes and its significance, we have some of the digestive tumors and cirrhosis serum were detected and compared with normal controls, are as follows. Materials and Methods Subjects: 78 normal people, 52 males and 26 females aged from 18 to 42 years old were selected as healthy blood donors, 114 cases of digestive system tumors, 82 males and 32 females, with an age of 29 ~ 75 years old (provided by the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the Department of Gastroenterology, 35 cases of esophageal cancer, 23 cases of gastric cancer, 27 cases of colorectal cancer, liver cancer in 29.
