山东是中国一个在饮食上很有地区特色的省份。地处黄河下游,东临黄海、渤海,境内既有广阔的鲁西平原,又有众多的丘陵山地、河流湖泊,山珍海味、五谷杂粮、新鲜时蔬、鱼盐之利,无所不有。加之地处中纬度地区,光照充足,海洋、大陆气候兼有,各种粮食油料作物、畜禽蛋奶种类丰富、质量上乘,为山东美食准备了丰厚的先天基础。
Shandong is a province in China that is very regional in its diet. Located in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, east of the Yellow Sea, Bohai Sea, both the vast territory of the Luxi Plain, there are numerous hills and mountains, rivers and lakes, delicacies, whole grains, fresh vegetables, fish salt benefits. Coupled with the mid-latitude area, abundant sunshine, both the ocean and the mainland climate, a variety of grain and oil crops, rich variety of livestock and poultry eggs, high quality, Shandong cuisine prepared for a rich foundation.
