肾盂和输尿管重复畸形是最为常见的集合系统和输尿管先天性畸形,发病率约0.7%,主要是由于输尿管胚芽上升过程中分支不当及输尿管下端进入膀胱处同化不良所致。可发生于单侧,也可发生于双侧。按重复程度,可分为完全性和不完全性两种,前者指重复的肾盂和输尿管拥有各自独立的输尿
