采用热化学反应法,以天然硅酸盐矿物粉末为主要原料,添加5%CeO2,磷酸铝为粘结剂,骨料与粘结剂的配比为1.25∶1,经800℃热固化后,在Q235钢表面制备陶瓷涂层。本实验从陶瓷骨料与粘结剂配比、热固化工艺、涂层组织及性能测试等方面进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:利用天然硅酸盐矿物粉末制备陶瓷涂层是可行的。添加CeO2的涂层在700℃时抗热震次数达30次以上。在腐蚀试验中,封孔后涂层耐酸腐蚀性较基体提高了8.77倍,耐碱腐蚀性提高了4.15倍,耐盐腐蚀性提高了3.76倍。实验说明CeO2的加入可提高涂层的耐蚀性能。

Experiments show that the addition of CeO2 can improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.
