本研究目的是观察NMDA受体拮抗剂MK-801对丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的影响。鲤鱼注射NMDA受体拮抗剂后与丁香酚麻醉组对比,结果显示鲤鱼进入A4麻醉期的时间显著减少(p<0.05),从麻醉状态恢复到正常的时间显著延长(p<0.05),并且每分钟内的腮动次数也明显小于对照组(p<0.05),可显著或极显著地延长麻醉鲤鱼在空气中开始弹动的时间以及明显地减少鲤鱼在空气中弹动的次数(p<0.05)。说明NMDA受体拮抗剂MK-801具有增强丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的效果,NMDA受体可能是丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的机制之一。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801 on eugenol carp. Carp injected NMDA receptor antagonist compared with the eugenol anesthesia group showed that carp into the A4 anesthesia period was significantly reduced (p <0.05), recovery from anesthesia to normal time was significantly prolonged (p <0.05), and each Minimal number of gib movements in minutes was also significantly less than that in control group (p <0.05), significantly or significantly prolonging the time of bouncing carp in the air and significantly reducing the number of carps bouncing in air (p <0.05 ). The results suggest that NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801 has the effect of enhancing the anesthesia of carp with eugenol. NMDA receptor may be one of the mechanisms of carotenoid anesthesia of eugenol.
