目的了解新乐市2011年法定传染病的疫情报告情况,为进一步提高各级医疗机构的传染病疫情报告水平提供科学依据。方法参照《全国法定传染病漏报调查方案》,对各医疗机构传染病漏报资料进行分析。结果查出法定传染病11种227例,漏报16例,漏报率7.05%;医疗机构级别越低,漏报率越高;医疗机构内部门诊部、住院部、检验室漏报率分别为4.11%、3.85%、19.57%,差异有统计学意义。漏报率较高的病种有风疹、流行性腮腺炎、其他感染性腹泻病、乙肝、肺结核。结论各医疗机构应认真落实疫情报告管理制度,同时协调好内部各部门之间的工作关系,完善信息反馈机制;疾控机构应加强对传染病报告工作的培训和业务指导;卫生行政部门应加强对当地传染病报告工作的管理,加大考核力度。
Objective To understand the reporting situation of statutory communicable diseases in Xinle City in 2011 and provide a scientific basis for further improving the reporting level of infectious disease in medical institutions at all levels. Methods With reference to the “National Survey of Notifiable Diseases of Infectious Diseases”, the data of omissions of infectious diseases in various medical institutions were analyzed. Results A total of 227 cases of 11 statutory infectious diseases were identified. The omission was reported in 16 cases and the false negative rate was 7.05%. The lower the medical institution level was, the higher the false negative rate was. The omission rates of outpatient department, inpatient department and laboratory in medical institutions were 4.11%, 3.85%, 19.57%, the difference was statistically significant. The diseases with higher false negative rate are rubella, mumps, other infectious diarrhea, hepatitis B and tuberculosis. Conclusions All medical institutions should conscientiously implement the management system of epidemic situation reports, coordinate the work relations among various departments and improve the information feedback mechanism at the same time. The CDC should strengthen the training and operational guidance on the reporting of infectious diseases and the health administrative departments should strengthen The local infectious disease reporting management, increase assessment efforts.
