目的:研究CD44v6在脑转移癌中的表达情况及其相关性。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法和Western Blot法检测9例脑转移癌标本中CD44v6基因和蛋白的表达。结果:8例转移癌标本中有CD44v6mRNA和CD44v6蛋白的异常表达,对照组中全为阴性。结论:CD44v6在脑转移癌中有异常表达,可能在肿瘤粘附、突破血脑屏障,脑内定居、繁殖中有重要作用。
Objective: To study the expression of CD44v6 in brain metastases and its correlation. Methods: The expression of CD44v6 gene and protein in 9 cases of brain metastases were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western Blot. Results: The aberrant expression of CD44v6 mRNA and CD44v6 protein in 8 cases of metastatic carcinoma specimens was negative in the control group. Conclusion: CD44v6 is abnormally expressed in brain metastases and may play an important role in tumor adhesion, blood-brain barrier breakthrough, brain settlement and reproduction.
