脱落酸(ABA)是一种植物激素,几乎参与植物生命的所有活动。脱落酸在植物体内含量甚少,为此需要高灵敏度、高分离效能的测定方法。用气相色谱分析植物组织内的脱落酸在国外已得到广泛应用,国内也已见报道。但采用分离效果比填充柱更好的毛细管柱对ABA进行定量分析却未见报道。本文用岛津GC-7A型气相色谱仪,ECD检测器,对三种不同类型的毛细管柱及该仪器自带填充柱分离ABA的效果进行了对比,进而选取其中最为有效的色谱柱建立起一套定量分析ABA的毛细管色谱分析方法。
Abscisic acid (ABA) is a plant hormone that participates in almost all activities of plant life. Abscisic acid content in plants is very small, for which the need for high sensitivity, high separation efficiency of the determination. The analysis of abscisic acid in plant tissues by gas chromatography has been widely used in foreign countries and has also been reported in China. However, quantitative analysis of ABA using a capillary column with better separation efficiency than packed columns has not been reported yet. In this paper, Shimadzu GC-7A-type gas chromatograph, ECD detector, the three different types of capillary column and the instrument packed column with separate ABA compared to the effect, and then select the most effective column to establish a Quantitative Analysis of ABA by Capillary Chromatography.
