外啮合齿轮泵向高压化发展所遇到的主要问题是怎样在高压下保持高寿命和低噪声。本文就CBG2型高压齿轮泵提高寿命,降低噪声所取得的试验研究成果作一介绍。1985年9月,该泵已在额定压力160巴、油温为80±5℃的条件下达到了100万次台架冲击试验,冲击后的总效率仍高于85%的攻关目标,达到国外七十年代末八十年代初的齿轮泵寿命水平,并于10月下旬通过了省级鉴定。一、CBG2型齿轮泵的主要结构和特点图1是CBG2型齿轮泵结构图。泵的主要特点是采用固定式侧板,侧板被前后泵盖压紧在泵体上,轴向不能移动,通过控制泵体厚度与齿轮宽度的公差,来保证齿轮与侧板间的轴向间隙。利用液压推动侧板产生的弹性变形,来实现轴向间隙自动补偿,从而提高了油泵的容积效率。
