本文通过对四通阀一非对称液压缸的静态特性及各种运动状态的分析指出,由意大利引进的冷轧机液压压上系统在设计原理上存在严重错误,不能正常稳定的工作。修改液压动力机构的结构,应用三通阀控制单作用缸取代原四通阀控制的非对称液压缸系统,使轧机不仅能够正常进行,而且具体实现和保持了双闭环控制方案的一切优点。通过调试,改进后的系统达到了原设计要求,并经受了三年多正式生产的考验。
In this paper, the analysis of the static characteristics and various motion states of a four-way asymmetric hydraulic cylinder indicates that the hydraulic press-on system of the cold rolling mill imported from Italy has serious mistakes in the design principle and can not work normally and stably. Modify the structure of the hydraulic power mechanism, the application of three-way valve control single-acting cylinder instead of the original four-way valve control asymmetric hydraulic cylinder system, so that the mill can not only normal, but also to achieve and maintain all the advantages of dual closed-loop control scheme. Through debugging, the improved system meets the original design requirements and has stood the test of more than three years of formal production.
