为了实现对封闭式组合电器通风控制系统运行状态的实时监测和远程控制,通过对继电器—交流接触器工作原理分析,PLC控制回路设计和编写程序,人机界面及元件之间的相互通信设计,达到了用人机界面发出信号给PLC,然后通过PLC控制交流接触器,从而实现对抽风机的控制。经现场多次试验,这种控制系统不但信息丰富、运行稳定,而且界面友好,控制方便,达到了预期的设计要求。
