目的:建立HPLC法同时测定小儿双解止泻颗粒中葛根素和黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱粒为Agilent Zorbax SBC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相A为0.1%的磷酸溶液,流动相B为甲醇,二元梯度洗脱;检测波长:265 nm;流速:10ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;进样量20ml。结果:葛根素进样量在0.121~1.942μg范围内(r=0.999 5),黄芩苷进样量在0.230~3.686μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);平均加样回收率分别为98.10%和98.20%,RSD分别为1.34%和1.11%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,可用于小儿双解止泻颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of puerarin and baicalin in children’s Shuang Xie Zhixie Granules. Methods: The chromatographic particles were Agilent Zorbax SBC18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase A was 0.1% phosphoric acid solution and mobile phase B was methanol with binary gradient elution; detection wavelength was 265 nm; flow rate was 10 ml · Min-1; column temperature: 30 ℃; injection volume 20ml. Results: The injection volume of puerarin was in the range of 0.121-1.992 μg (r = 0.999 5). The linearity of baicalin injection in the range of 0.230-3.686 μg was good (r = 0.999 5). The average recoveries were 98.10% and 98.20% with RSDs of 1.34% and 1.11%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Erdgan Niigang granules.
