It is understood that the “Regulations for the Record Filing of Export Food Producers” have been reviewed and passed by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. The new regulations will come into effect on October 1, 2011. New regulations require that export food establishments should establish food safety and hygiene control system operation and export food production record files, the shelf life of not less than 2 years. At the same time, relevant enterprises should be before the end of January each year
