对话作为一种精神和理念引入课堂,目的不是为了相互交谈,而是使教师——学生、学生——学生、学生——文本在民主平等、尊重信任、相互关爱的氛围中通过双向或多向交流的方式表达不同的感悟和体验,以达到在经验共享中促进知识生成的目的。要在语文课堂中贯穿对话理念需要营造鱼水亲和般的对话环境,实现学生与文本的高效对话,使对话成为每个学生的内心需要。
