两年前,在海尔财务公司获批成立之时,海尔集团的 CEO 张瑞敏曾说:“如果见到杰克·韦尔奇(美国通用电气公司前 CEO),我最想跟他请教两个问题:一是怎么把大企业做小,二是制造型企业如何做金融。”海尔并非奢望成为通用电气(GE),它的目标是进入世界500强,GE 模式只是使其达到目的的工具而已。但海尔的产业结构却使其在效法 GE 海尔有目标,却失去了方向,这才是它跨越千亿企业门槛的最大障碍。
