采用三维制图软件对圆锥破碎机躯体铸钢件进行实体造型,将现代工艺和计算机模拟技术相结合,利用View-cast软件对躯体铸钢件凝固过程进行分析。通过模拟软件的计算,清晰显示了该躯体件缩孔和缩松产生的位置。在此基础上设计该铸件的浇冒口系统,包括浇注系统的结构、冒口数目及尺寸等。通过对改进方案的模拟优化,最终消除了铸件中的缩孔和缩松缺陷。
Solid modeling of conical crusher body steel casting is carried out by using 3D mapping software. The modern technology and computer simulation technology are combined to analyze the solidification process of body steel casting by View-cast software. Through simulation software calculation, clearly shows the body parts shrinkage and shrinkage of the production location. On this basis, design the pouring riser system of the castings, including the structure of the pouring system, the number and size of riser. Through the simulation optimization of the improvement program, the shrinkage and shrinkage defects in the castings are finally eliminated.
