采用三维彩色扫描技术和线性极化电阻测试方法研究了盐水浸烘条件下表面涂覆迁移性阻锈剂(PCI-2015)对含氯盐混凝土中钢筋锈蚀状况的影响,计算了浸烘前后钢筋腐蚀电流密度(I_(corr)),运用逆向工程软件获得了剖开锈蚀钢筋表面积、截面积等参数,并对钢筋沿纵向各截面积进行统计分析。结果表明:表面涂覆400 g/m~2的PCI-2015及防水剂的混凝土试件,浸烘循环后I_(corr)平均值为0.17μA/cm~2,平均锈蚀面积9.58%,未涂覆的空白组I_(corr)平均值为1.04μA/cm~2,平均锈蚀面积为71.75%;氯盐致钢筋不均匀锈蚀的横截面积服从三参数Weibull分布,涂覆组与空白组横截面积分布的阈值参数分别为27.67和27.49,形状参数分别为1.15和2.24,涂覆组钢筋截面均匀且腐蚀较少,钢筋腐蚀累积损伤程度较低;用三维彩色扫描技术量化表征氯盐致混凝土中钢筋不均匀锈蚀是一种较为可行的方法。
The effects of surface-coated migration inhibitor (PCI-2015) on corrosion of rebar in chloride-containing salt concrete were studied by three-dimensional color scanning technology and linear polarization resistance test. Corrosion current density (I corr) was obtained. The parameters such as the surface area and the cross-sectional area of corroded steel bar were obtained by reverse engineering software. The longitudinal section of the bar was analyzed statistically. The results showed that the average I corr of the sample coated with 400 g / m 2 PCI-2015 and water repellent agent was 0.17 μA / cm 2 after immersion drying, the average corroded area was 9.58% The average Icorr of the blank group was 1.04μA / cm ~ 2 and the average area of corrosion was 71.75%. The cross-sectional area of uniform rust corrosion caused by chloride salt obeys the three parameter Weibull distribution, and the coating group and the blank group The threshold parameters of area distribution were 27.67 and 27.49, respectively, and the shape parameters were 1.15 and 2.24 respectively. The steel bars in the coating group were uniform and less corroded with less corrosion damage. The three-dimensional color scanning Non-uniform reinforcement corrosion is a more feasible method.
