新媒体背景下的高校思想政治教育工作面临着诸多方面的挑战,其中思政教育工作者自身的媒介素养如何提升是摆在所有高校思政教育工作者面前的巨大问题。本文以身处高校思政教育一线的辅导员为例,提出了新媒体背景下高校思想政治教育工作者媒介素养提升的几点措施,以期有助于我们深入开展新媒体背景下的思想政治教育工作。
Ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of new media faces many challenges. Among them, how to enhance the media literacy of ideological and political educators is a huge issue facing the ideological and political education workers in all universities. Taking the counselors at the front line of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as an example, this article puts forward some measures to improve the media literacy of ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities under the background of new media, in order to help us deepen the ideological and political education in the context of new media jobs.
