中国公文写作研究会第五后学术年会暨中国公文论著“三株奖”评奖活动,由山东三株药业集团有限公司独家赞助,于1995年11月26日至30日在江西财经学院举行。 这次会议的主要议题是,研讨公文及公文写作的基本规律,学会工作班子换后选举,进行中国公文论著“三株奖”评奖。 与会人员围绕公文及公文写作的基本运动规律进行了广泛和深入的探讨。大家一致认为,公文写作作为人类社会活动中一种特有的运动形式,有其基本的内在运行规律。只有弄清公文写作的基本运动规律,才能丰富和完善公文学的理论体系,把中国公文学的研究工作推向前进。 会议认为,在国家公务员制度的推行过程中,在社会主义市场经济体制下,要充分发挥公文的应有效用,必须首先解决公文写作的规范化问题,其中包括公丈种类、公文格式、公文语言和公文处理等诸多方面,都应尽快实现规范化。会议指出,语言运用的不规范,是当前公文写作中存在的一个突出问题。因此,如何解决这一问题,净化公文语言,是摆在我们面前的一项至关重要的工作。
The 5th Official Academic Conference of Chinese Official Document Writing Society and the “Three-Award” Awarding Ceremony of Chinese Official Document Research Institute were exclusively sponsored by Shandong Sanchu Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and held at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics from November 26th to 30th, 1995 . The main topic of this meeting is to study the basic rules of official document and official document writing, learn from the work team after the election, and carry out the “Official Certificate of China’s Three Kinds” award. Participants conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on the basic laws of movement of documents and documents. All agreed that document writing, as a unique form of movement in human social activities, has its basic inner law of operation. Only by studying the basic movement law of official document writing can we enrich and perfect the theoretical system of official documentary study and push the research work of Chinese official literature forward. The meeting held that in the process of implementing the state civil service, under the socialist market economic system, we must first give full play to the due diligence of official documents. First, we must first solve the problem of standardizing official documents, including the type of husbands, official documents, official documents, Document processing and many other aspects, should be standardized as soon as possible. The meeting pointed out that the non-standardization of language usage is a prominent issue in the current official document writing. Therefore, how to solve this problem and purify the document language is a crucial task before us.
