本文观察了385例中、晚期食管鳞癌切除标本中肥大细胞的分布,结合随访,认为癌的分化高、浸润浅、团块状生长的间质肥大细胞数量多,在癌与正常组织交界处肥大细胞起到了阻止癌组织蔓延的作用。癌间质中肥大细胞与淋巴样细胞、浆细胞等并存,提示协同作战,值得注意。随访结果证明:食管癌间质肥大细胞越多、生存期越长,说明食管癌间质肥大细胞反应是宿主抵抗肿瘤的一种形态学表现,和予后关系密切,为组织学判断于后提供部分形态学根据,同时为食管癌活检或术后患者拟定治疗方案提供部分理论根据。
This article observed the distribution of mast cells in 385 cases of advanced and advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Combined with follow-up, it is believed that there are many high-differentiation, shallow infiltrates, and massive masses of interstitial mast cells, at the junction of cancer and normal tissues. Mast cells play a role in preventing the spread of cancerous tissue. Mast cells in the mesenchymal metastasis coexist with lymphoid cells, plasma cells, etc., suggesting that coordinated operations are worth noting. The follow-up results showed that the more mast cells and the longer survival time of esophageal carcinoma, suggesting that the mast cell reaction of esophageal carcinoma is a morphological manifestation of the host’s resistance to the tumor, and it is closely related to the latter, and provides for histological judgment. Based on some morphological evidence, it also provides some theoretical basis for esophageal cancer biopsy or postoperative patients to develop treatment plans.
