目的:探讨总结以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤的病例特点。方法:回顾分析5例以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤的病例。结果:5例以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤早期表现主要为腰腹部疼痛及贫血,随肿瘤出血程度不同临床表现严重性不同。结论:以肾脏外伤为首发症状的肾母细胞瘤诊断主要依靠查体、彩超、CT等,必要时肾动脉穿刺造影第一时间可提供诊断及治疗。术前肿块穿刺活检是确诊本病的金标准。该病治疗目前提倡综合治疗及个体化治疗方案。
Objective: To summarize the case characteristics of nephroblastoma with renal trauma as the first symptom. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 5 cases of renal trauma as the first symptom of nephroblastoma cases. Results: The early manifestations of nephroblastoma with renal trauma as the first symptom were mainly abdominal pain and anemia in 5 cases, with different clinical manifestations depending on the extent of bleeding. Conclusion: The diagnosis of nephroblastoma with renal trauma as the first symptom mainly depends on physical examination, color Doppler ultrasound, CT, etc. If necessary, renal artery puncture angiography can provide diagnosis and treatment for the first time. Preoperative tumor biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of the disease. The disease is currently advocating comprehensive treatment and individualized treatment programs.
