介绍了用于气相色谱仪的精密温度控制器所采用的一种自适应PID控制算法,根据专家知识和现场经验,通过辨识系统响应的瞬态特征,选用恰当的比例、微分、积分执行方式,从而实现气相色谱仪所要求的高精度温度控制,控温精度达到±0.02℃。实际控制结果表明,本文所提出的控制系统实现方法是可行的,并且相比以前的控制系统具有明显的优势。此种控制算法在以后的高精度PID非线性控制系统的实际应用中有一定的参考价值。
An adaptive PID control algorithm used in the precision temperature controller of the gas chromatograph is introduced. According to the expert knowledge and field experience, by identifying the transient characteristics of the system response and selecting the appropriate proportional, differential and integral execution methods, In order to achieve high precision gas chromatograph temperature control, temperature control accuracy of ± 0.02 ℃. The actual control results show that the control system proposed in this paper is feasible and has obvious advantages over the previous control system. This kind of control algorithm has certain reference value in the practical application of the later high-precision PID nonlinear control system.
