为了研究草鱼幼鱼大规模死亡的原因,试验采用微生物学方法从养殖的患病幼草鱼(Cteno-pharyngodon idellus)组织分离出1株病原菌XNDX-1,并对其进行鉴定。结果表明:该菌为革兰阴性,杆状,菌落呈黄色,不透明;氧化酶试验结果阴性;回归试验证明该菌为幼草鱼的病原;肠杆菌科生化编码鉴定管鉴定该菌为迟钝爱德华菌(Edwardsiella tarda);该菌对环丙沙星、左氟沙星、氯霉素等高度敏感,对青霉素G、阿莫西林、氨苄西林等有抗性。
In order to study the causes of large-scale death of grass carp juveniles, one pathogen, XNDX-1, was isolated and identified from the cultured Cteno-pharyngodon idellus by microbiological methods. The results showed that the strain was Gram-negative, rod-shaped, the colony was yellow and opaque, the result of oxidase was negative. The regression analysis showed that the strain was the pathogen of grass carp. The Enterobacteriaceae biochemical coding tube was identified as Divalent Edwardsiella (Edwardsiella tarda); the bacteria ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, chloramphenicol and other highly sensitive to penicillin G, amoxicillin, ampicillin and other resistance.
