油藏注水开发过程中,在油水接触过程中,由于油、水性质的差异,导致油水混合的初期流体性质发生改变,主要表现为密度和黏度的改变,增加原油的采出难度;经研究发现主要是因为注入水温度低于地层原油温度以及原油中的轻烃组分溶于注入水导致原油黏度增大。理论分析认为,注入水中饱含气,提高注入水的温度,有可能减少原油中的轻烃组分向水中溶解,可以缓减油藏注水开发中原油黏度增大的趋势。
During the process of oilfield waterflooding, due to the difference in the properties of oil and water during the oil-water contact, the initial fluid properties that lead to oil-water mixing change. The changes mainly include the change of density and viscosity, and the difficulty of oil recovery. The main reason is that the injected water temperature is lower than the formation crude oil temperature and the light hydrocarbon component in the crude oil dissolves in the injected water and the viscosity of the crude oil increases. Theoretical analysis shows that the gas filled into the water to increase the temperature of the injected water may reduce the light hydrocarbon components of the crude oil to dissolve in the water, which can reduce the tendency of the crude oil viscosity increasing in the process of waterflooding.
