中小学校长专业化的研修培训由于长期受工具理性的影响,几乎没有给价值理性留下存在的空间,因而我们的培训关注了技术、策略,却忽视了文化,而文化是精神和灵魂,对于提高学校的办学品位意义重大,因此,在文化视野下,校长应着力提高价值领导能力、团队领导建构能力及课程领导能力,从而形成学校自身特色和文化,提升学校的办学层次,满足全体师生心理需要和精神追求。
Due to the long-term impact of instrumental rationality, primary and secondary school principals have little room for value rationality. Therefore, our training focuses on technology and tactics while ignoring culture. Culture is the spirit and the soul. Therefore, under the cultural perspective, the principal should focus on improving the value leadership ability, the team leadership construction ability and the curriculum leadership ability, so as to form the school’s own characteristics and culture, enhance the school’s running level, and satisfy all the teachers and students Psychological needs and spiritual pursuit.
