目的了解在京投资企业外籍人员就医满意度,提高在京外商投资企业人员生活的便利性,为进一步改善北京市的投资环境提供依据。方法通过网络和邮寄相结合的方式对在京投资企业外籍/境外人员的就医满意度进行调查,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计描述,率或构成比的比较采用秩和检验或χ2检验。结果收集到符合研究条件的网络调查对象150人,邮寄调查129人,合计有效调查问卷279份。结果显示外籍/境外人员在京就医总体满意度不高(52.2%),国有医院的总体满意度相对高于外资医院,认为国有医院医生诊疗水平和护士护理水平高或很高的比例高于外资医院,在京就医费用的报销比例国有医院高于外资医院。外籍/境外人员在京就医困难之处主要是诊疗和护理水平达不到国际水准,医护人员不能用外语与患者沟通,医院没有中外文对照的就医指南。结论无论是国有医院,还是外资医院,均应努力提高医院诊疗和护理水平,应提供具有中英文对照的就医相关材料,同时仍要努力提高服务水平,加强质量管理,降低医疗费用。
Objective To understand the medical satisfaction of expatriates in investment enterprises in Beijing and improve the living convenience of foreign-invested enterprises in Beijing, so as to provide the basis for further improving the investment environment in Beijing. Methods Through the combination of internet and postal mailing, the satisfaction degree of medical staffs in Beijing invested enterprises was investigated through SPSS 13.0 statistical software. The rate or composition ratio was compared by rank sum test or χ2 test. Results A total of 150 online surveyed subjects were collected, 129 were mailed and 279 valid questionnaires were collected. The results showed that the overall satisfaction of foreigners / non-residents abroad in Beijing was not high (52.2%). The overall satisfaction of state-owned hospitals was relatively higher than that of foreign-funded hospitals. The proportion of high-level or high-level doctors and nurses in state-owned hospitals was higher than that of foreign-funded hospitals In Beijing, the proportion of reimbursement for medical expenses was higher in state-owned hospitals than in foreign-funded hospitals. The difficulty of medical treatment for foreigners / foreigners in Beijing is mainly because the medical treatment and nursing standards are not up to international standards. The medical staff can not communicate with the patients in a foreign language. The hospital does not have any guidelines on how to seek medical treatment. Conclusion No matter whether a state-owned hospital or a foreign-funded hospital, efforts should be made to improve the diagnosis and treatment of hospitals. Nursing-related materials in both English and Chinese should be provided. At the same time, efforts should be made to improve service quality, strengthen quality control and reduce medical expenses.
