目的了解辖区内工矿企业职业病危害因素检测合格情况,掌握作业场所职业病危害现状,为职业卫生监管部门制定防控策略提供依据。方法对云浮市107家企业工作场所中职业病危害因素检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 107家企业的检测结果中,噪声检测点占55.9%,粉尘点占29.7%,化学因素点占14.4%;噪声检测合格率最低(64.3%),其次为粉尘(76.7%),化学毒物最高(98.92%)。小微型企业粉尘检测合格率最低(67.6%),中型企业噪声合格率最低(61.5%)。非金属矿物制品业和非金属矿采选业粉尘检测合格率低,分别为48.9%和65.8%;非金属矿物制品业、金属制品业和电力行业噪声检测合格率低,分别为51.0%、56.8%和58.1%。结论云浮市工矿企业职业病危害以粉尘和噪声为主,小微型企业粉尘危害严重,中型企业噪声危害严重;非金属矿物制品业和非金属矿采选业等行业职业病危害风险较高,是职业卫生监管部门督查的重点对象。
Objective To understand the detection of occupational hazards in industrial and mining enterprises in the area and to know the current status of occupational hazards in the workplaces so as to provide basis for the occupational health supervision departments to formulate prevention and control strategies. Methods A total of 107 enterprises in Yunfu City, workplace occupational hazards test results were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 107 enterprises, the noise detection points accounted for 55.9%, the dust points accounted for 29.7% and the chemical factors accounted for 14.4%; the noise detection rate was the lowest (64.3%), followed by dust (76.7%), the highest chemical poison (98.92%). Small and micro enterprises dust detection pass rate was the lowest (67.6%), medium-sized enterprises the lowest pass rate of noise (61.5%). Non-metallic mineral products industry and non-metallic mining industry dust detection pass rate is low, respectively 48.9% and 65.8%; non-metallic mineral products industry, metal products industry and power industry noise detection pass rate is low, respectively 51.0%, 56.8 % And 58.1%. Conclusion Occupational hazards of industrial and mining enterprises in Yunfu City are dominated by dust and noise. Dust and dust of small and micro enterprises are seriously endangered, and noise of medium-sized enterprises is seriously damaged. Occupational hazards such as non-metallic mineral products and non-metallic mining and dressing industries are at high risk. Supervision of the key targets of supervision.
