我叫张崧,是农发行天津市分行营业部的信贷员,负责天津市粮油购销公司的信贷管理工作。天津市粮油购销公司(以下简称市购销公司)是一家承担着储备、收购、政策性周转等多项任务的政策性企业,1999年末的贷款余额为22亿元,占天津市分行贷款总额的61%,贷款额历史最高时曾达32亿元,是天津市分行最典型的大户企业。因此该企业的信贷管理在整个分行的封闭管理工作中的地位举足轻重,其质量好坏直接影响我行收购资金封闭运行目标的实现。在分行领导和同志们的帮助下,我认真工作,积极探索,在大户管理方面积累了一定的经验,下面将我的一些做法和体会向领导和同志们作一下汇报:
