目的 为医院总结经验、深化改革、科学管理、促进发展提供准确的依据。方法 采用树状结构将医院综合效益分解为工作效率、医疗质量、经济效益、医德医风4类指标体系,运用综合分析法进行分析评价。结果该医院的综合效益1993年处于最低水平,1997年达到最高水平,其趋势走向1990年~1993年处于低谷徘徊,1994年后呈稳步向上的发展趋向。结论 此分析方法,结果客观合理且实用性强,既可得出综合效益和各指标体系的水平,又可观察综合效益和各指标体系的趋向。
Objective To provide an accurate basis for the hospital to sum up experiences, deepen reforms, manage scientifically, and promote development. Methods The tree-like structure was used to decompose the comprehensive benefits of the hospital into four types of indicators: work efficiency, medical quality, economic benefits, and medical ethics, and comprehensive analysis was used for analysis and evaluation. As a result, the comprehensive benefits of the hospital were at the lowest level in 1993 and reached the highest level in 1997. The trend was toward the low point between 1990 and 1993. After 1994, it showed a steady upward trend. Conclusion This analysis method is objectively reasonable and practical. It can be used to derive the overall benefits and the level of each index system, as well as to observe the overall benefits and trends of each index system.
