本文报导了以下三方面的研究结果: 1)研制成一种新型的大晶粒Mn-Zn热压铁氧体(HPF)材料,并制造彩色VTR磁头。其磁头动态S/N值,(对U-MAT1C型磁头的测试)在不加权条件时达49.25dB。加权测试S/N=52dB。对用于记录波长λ_(min)=1.2μ的开盘式,1/4英寸的录像机(如AKA1-VR-150)的磁头,测试其S/N值在不加权时为46.8dB,加权时测试的S/N值为49.3dB。并且噪音电压低于单晶磁头3dB。连续运行200小时,磁头磨损10μ,走带面无晶粒剥落出现。 2)研究了磁头制造中加工应力及变质层对磁性能的影响及其消除的物理和化学方法。 3)采用SEM、能谱和XMA,研究了铁氧体-玻璃的扩散特性,得到了不同工艺条件下铁氧体磁头缝隙微区内,Fe、Mn、Zn、Pb、Cr离子。扩散特性和扩散距离,并得到一种有效控制上述离子扩散的方法。
This paper reports the results of the following three aspects: 1) Developed a new type of large grain Mn-Zn hot-pressed ferrite (HPF) material and fabricated a color VTR head. The head dynamic S / N value (for the U-MAT1C head test) reached 49.25 dB at unweighted condition. Weighted test S / N = 52dB. Diffusion characteristics and diffusion distance, and get a method to effectively control the above-mentioned ion diffusion.
