建立一类新的具有参数和外部需求不确定的供应链库存切换系统模型,它包括三个生产库存子系统和一个库存信号切换向量。为了抑制供应链系统库存切换过程中产生的运作波动以及参数和外部需求不确定产生的牛鞭效应,应用鲁棒H∞控制方法给出了供应链切换系统的控制律。进行了控制律计算和系统仿真,结果验证了所设计的系统控制律的有效性。
A new type of supply chain inventory switching system model with parameter and external demand uncertainty is established. It consists of three production inventory subsystems and an inventory signal switching vector. In order to restrain the operation fluctuation caused by inventory switching in supply chain system and the bullwhip effect caused by uncertain parameters and external demand, a robust H∞ control method is proposed to control the supply chain switching system. The control law calculation and system simulation are carried out. The results verify the effectiveness of the designed system control law.
