研制了一种新型的预电离结构———印刷电路板预电离器 ,将其作为一种分布式电容耦合器放置于TEACO2激光器主放电电极的两侧 ,产生了非常均匀的预电离。测量了不同气压下印刷电路板预电离小型TEACO2 激光器的输出特性。
A new pre-ionization structure, a pre-ionizer for printed circuit boards, was developed as a distributed capacitive coupler placed on either side of the main discharge electrode of a TEACO2 laser, resulting in a very uniform pre-ionization. The output characteristics of a small pre-ionized PCB TEACO2 laser at different pressures were measured.
