食药监办食监一函〔2016〕82号重庆市食品药品监督管理局:你局《关于明确酒曲属性的请示》(渝食药监文〔2015〕50号)收悉。经商国家卫生计生委,现函复如下:依据《国家卫生计生委办公厅关于酒曲有关问题的复函》(国卫办食品函〔2015〕1191号),酒曲是我国酿酒行业传统糖化发酵剂、属于食品发酵用菌种。根据酒曲的制作原料、制作工艺以及在酿酒过程中的作用等,不需要在终产品标签中标示酒曲。
