简要阐述了双极性SHEPWM(特定次消谐脉宽调制)的数学模型,建立了消除特定谐波的非线性超越方程组,论述了求解此非线性超越方程组的新方法,推导了开关角计算关键参数。针对内燃机车主变流器主电路特点,进行了基于TMS320F28335芯片+FPGA的控制电路的硬件和编程设计。试验结果表明,在不同开关角之间切换时过渡处未出现电流波动,切换较平稳。
The mathematic model of bipolar SHEPWM (specific harmonic elimination pulse width modulation) is briefly described. A nonlinear transcendental equations to eliminate specific harmonics is established. A new method to solve this nonlinear transcendental equations is discussed. The switching angles Calculate the key parameters. According to the characteristics of main circuit of main converter of diesel locomotive, the hardware and programming design of control circuit based on TMS320F28335 chip + FPGA are carried out. The experimental results show that there is no current fluctuation at the transition between different switching angles, and the switching is relatively smooth.
