用免疫组化方法,观察缺氧诱导体外培养大鼠海马神经细胞Fos表达及人重组白细胞介素-6(rhIL-6)的影响。结果显示,经rhIL-6孵育的海马神经细胞缺氧后Fos免疫反应阳性胞核的百分率和Fos免疫反应阳性胞核的平均光密度均明显低于对照组,表明缺氧能诱导体外培养海马神经细胞Fos的表达,rhIL-6能抑制缺氧神经细胞Fos的表达。提示rhIL-6可能参与脑缺氧损伤的调控。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the effect of hypoxia on the Fos expression in hippocampal neurons cultured in vitro and the effect of recombinant human interleukin-6 (rhIL-6). The results showed that the percentages of Fos immunoreactive positive cells and the average optical density of Fos immunoreactive positive cells in hippocampal neurons incubated with rhIL-6 were significantly lower than those in control group, indicating that hypoxia can induce hippocampal neurons Fos expression of cells, rhIL-6 can inhibit the expression of Fos in hypoxic neurons. It is suggested that rhIL-6 may be involved in the regulation of cerebral hypoxia injury.
