坚持用改革的精神研究组织工作面临的新情况,解决实际工作中遇到的新问题,不断探索与建立社会主义市场经济体制相适应的新方法、新路子,增强工作的针对性和实效性,使组织工作在改革和建设中不断丰富新的内容和增添新的活力,是党的十五大赋予各级组织部门的重要历史责任和现实课题。最近一个时期,关于组织工作创新,已成为组织工作战线的一个热门话题。但综观这些研究和探讨,大多是对组织工作创新的必要性、紧迫性进行前瞻性的勾画,而对组织工作本身的运行机制却较少涉及。鉴于此,本文拟就组织工作创新的现实可能性作一些思考。

In view of this, this article intends to make some thinking on the realistic possibility of organizational innovation.
