高职院校学生管理工作面临的许多问题可以通过马斯洛需要层次理论解释。学生基本需要得不到满足导致校园群体性事件和安全事件多发;学生交往尊重需要得不到满足导致其性格孤僻心理脆弱;学生自我实现的需要得不到满足导致其糊涂度日,毕业等于失业。为此,高职院校应采取强有力措施,保障学生的基本需要;采取多种方式,满足学生交往和尊重的需要;创新工作方式,耐心引导,服务于学生自我实现的需要。
Many problems faced by students in higher vocational colleges can be explained by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Students are not satisfied with the basic needs of campus groups of multiple incidents and security incidents; students need to be met to meet the lack of respect for the lonely character of its fragile personality; students need to achieve their own lack of satisfaction led to the confused degree of graduation equal to the unemployed . To this end, vocational colleges should take strong measures to protect the basic needs of students; take a variety of ways to meet the needs of student interaction and respect; innovative ways of doing work, patiently guide and serve the students’ self-actualization needs.
