目前膏体定义不够清晰,影响到膏体充填技术的发展,有必要控讨简单实用的膏体新定义。借鉴土力学中饱和度以及流态化混凝土中泌水率这两个概念,提出了以集料饱和率与泌水率为主要指标的膏体定义体系。通过理论分析计算,浆体饱和率在101.5%~105.3%之间,泌水率在1.5%~5%之间,即构成合格的膏体。对会泽膏体物料进行实测分析,当膏体质量分数范围在80.5%~81.4%时,饱和率计算值为101.5%~105.3%,现场泌水率监测值为3.1%~4.2%。膏体新定义能够完全定量化,简化了膏体检验方法,具有较高的可靠性。
At present the definition of the paste is not clear enough, affecting the development of paste filling technology, it is necessary to control a new definition of simple and practical paste. According to the two concepts of saturation in soil mechanics and bleeding rate in fluidized concrete, a system of paste definition with aggregate saturation rate and bleeding rate as the main index is proposed. Through the theoretical analysis and calculation, the saturation rate of the slurry is between 101.5% and 105.3%, and the bleeding rate is between 1.5% and 5%, which constitutes a qualified paste. The results showed that when the paste mass fraction ranged from 80.5% to 81.4%, the calculated values of saturation rate were 101.5% -105.3%, and the measured values of site bleeding rate were 3.1% -4.2%. The new definition of paste can be fully quantified, simplifying the paste inspection method, with high reliability.
