本文通过一种动力概率方法,研究了发生在流膜选矿过程中的基本分选现象。这种方法根据的事实是,流膜选矿现象中,矿粒运动的速度是一随机变量,可以用频率分布和概率规律来确定。这种方法的要求是:1.为描述分选设备中不同比重和粒度矿粒沿所选路径运动的特点,拟定出概率模型,2.为确定上述矿粒在分选设备排料口处有关的频率分布曲线,确定出一种试验程序;3.模型的参数和有效性的估算。本文中,对分选设备表面上矿粒的总体分布、摇床排料处矿粒的总体分布和淄槽类设备上矿粒停留的时间分布,给出了模型方程式。导出了停留时间分布与矿粒运动速度之间的关系式。确定了试验程序,并将溜槽中排料或停留时间分布的结果,以及试验的和计算的频率分布的比较,作了报道。
In this paper, a kinetic probability method is used to study the basic sorting phenomenon that occurs in the process of fluid film beneficiation. The fact that this method is based on the fact that the velocity of mineral particles is a stochastic variable in the flux-dressing process can be determined by the frequency distribution and the law of probability.
