手机从一个非POOL的MSC(或MSC POOL)的位置区移动到另一个非POOL的MSC(或MSC POOL)的位置区,进行位置更新过程中,无法收到寻呼消息,呼叫不能接通。现有呼叫流程和策略没有解决方案,在这种情况下,呼叫无法接通,就像一个死结,无法解开。根据路测数据统计,这类呼叫未接通在GSM网中占比在40%以上,在TD网占比超过60%。针对这类呼叫未接通情况进行研究,通过改进呼叫流程,巧妙解开死结,解决跨MSC(POOL)位置更新的呼叫未接通问题,改善了客户感知度,提高了网络接通率。
When the mobile phone moves from the location area of one non-POOL MSC (or MSC POOL) to the location area of another non-POOL MSC (or MSC POOL), the mobile phone can not receive the paging message during the location update and the call can not be connected. There is no solution to the existing call flow and policy, in which case the call can not be answered and is like a dead knot that can not be untied. According to the drive test data, such calls are not connected in the GSM network accounted for more than 40%, in the TD network accounted for more than 60%. In order to improve the customer’s awareness and improve the network connection rate, this paper researches on the situation that such calls are not connected, improves the call flow, cleverly unlocks the knot, solves the call un-connection problem of POOL location update.
