“酶”系机体内各种化学反应的触媒,是由高分子蛋白质组成。1832年Payen和Rerser从麦芽中提取了淀粉糖化酶;1857年Nelson试用胃蛋白酶治疗消化不良;1893年Francis用木瓜果汁中提取的蛋白分解酶治疗白喉伪膜及结核性溃疡。此后酶作为药物试用于各种疾病。
“Enzyme” is the body of a variety of chemical reactions in the catalyst, is composed of polymer proteins. In 1832, Payen and Rerser extracted starch glucoamylase from malt; Nelson tried pepsin in 1857 to treat indigestion; and in 1893 Francis used proteolytic enzymes extracted from papaya juice to treat diphtheria pseudomembranous and tuberculous ulcers. Since then enzyme as a medicine for a variety of diseases.
