对红地球和夏黑无核葡萄生育后期叶片的生理指标进行了测定和分析,结果表明:红地球葡萄叶片的蛋白质含量与叶绿素含量变化趋势基本一致,丙二醛含量与前两者变化趋势不一致,丙二醛含量变化最高峰出现在9月下旬;夏黑无核葡萄叶片的蛋白质含量变化、丙二醛含量变化与叶绿素含量变化趋势不完全一致。说明两种葡萄进入衰老期叶片中叶绿素、蛋白质与丙二醛同时发生降解,而且不同品种叶片在衰老阶段降解幅度不同,主梢与副梢在衰老阶段的降解幅度也不同。本研究认为主梢叶片先于副梢叶片进入衰老期,品种特性不同导致了各指标含量变化不一致,夏黑无核葡萄先于红地球葡萄进入衰老期。
The physiological indexes of the leaves of red globe and summer black seedless grape were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the variation of protein content and chlorophyll content of red globe grape leaves were basically the same, the content of malondialdehyde did not change with the former two , The highest peak of MDA content appeared in late September; the change of protein content in the leaves of summer black seedless grape, the change of MDA content and the trend of chlorophyll content did not exactly match. The results showed that the chlorophyll, protein and malondialdehyde were degraded simultaneously in leaves of two grapes at different senescence stages, and the degradation rates of different varieties in the senescence stage were different. The degradation rates of main shoot and accessory shoot in the senescence stage were also different. In this study, the main shoot leaves before the adventitious leaves into the senescence stage, different varieties led to inconsistent changes in the content of each indicator, summer black seedless grapes before Red Globe grapes into the aging period.
