应国家档案局冯子直局长邀请、越南社会主义共和国国家档案局代表团一行三人在杜玉朴代局长率领下,于1993年2月14日～26日对我国进行工作访问,考察与了解我国的档案工作.越档案代表团这次访华,是对1992年7月我档案代表团访越的回访.早在50年代,中越两国档案工作者就有着友好、密切的往来.为学习中国档案工作经验,做好越国家档案局成立的筹备工作,越方于1958年6月派出以武相汉为团长的5人档案考察团来我国考察档案工作两个多月.之后,越方又多次来信,索要我国有关文件立卷归档、保管期限表制定等方面的资料.60年代越在河内建立国家档案馆时,曾从我国上海一厂家进口档案库房部分设备,并派了两名专家去越方进
