我们是自来水管线工程公司所属的沪西小修组,常年担负着上海市长宁、徐汇两个区及闵行区部分地区的30万户居民家中的水表进水阀门的维修服务工作,服务区域达67.61平方公里。多年来,我组成员吃苦耐劳,为居民做了大量好事,先后获得公司、局先进班组称号,1993年被评为上海市红旗班组。我们认为:通过争创活动,能促进班组和个人素质的提高,能更好地为用户服务,也为企业塑造一个良好形象。 当了先进班组后,原有的班组优点人们会习以为常,原来的薄弱环节就会更加突出。我们对照红旗班组的标准,加强了班组基础管理,制定了“简便、有效”的内部管理和对外服务的管理条例,使我们多年积累的经验、好的习惯,变成班组标准化工作。
We are the minor repair group of Huxi, which belongs to the Water Pipeline Engineering Company. We are responsible for repairing water inlet valves in 300,000 households in Shanghai Changning and Xuhui districts and parts of Minhang District. The service area is 67.61 square meters. Kilometers. Over the years, the members of our group have worked hard and have done a lot of good things for the residents. They have successively obtained the titles of the advanced team of the company and the bureau. In 1993, they were awarded the Shanghai Red Flag team. We believe that by striving for activities, we can promote the improvement of the quality of the team and the individual, can better serve the users, and create a good image for the company. When the advanced team is established, people will become accustomed to the advantages of the original team and the original weak points will become more prominent. In accordance with the standards of the red flag team, we have strengthened the basic management of the team and formulated the “simple and effective” internal management and external service management regulations, which have transformed our experience and good habits accumulated over many years into the standardization of the team.
