目的讨论应用循证护理对食管癌患者术后进行肠内营养的管理效果。方法对136例食管癌术后患者行肠内营养的病例随机分为实验组(循证护理组)和对照组(非循证护理组)各68例,实验组采用系统的循证护理方法,对照组实施常规护理。观察两组患者肠内营养的效果。结果循证护理组肠内营养并发症的发生率明显低于非循证护理组,两组差异有显著意义(<0.05)。结论应用循证护理能提高食管癌术后患者肠内营养管理的质量,加速患者术后身体的康复。“,”Objective Discuss the application of evidence-based nursing of Enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer management. Methods 136 cases of postoperative Enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer cases were randomly divided into two groups (eBn), and a control group (non-evidence-based care group) in 68 cases . Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing to improve the quality of management of postoperative Enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer, accelerated postoperative rehabilitation of the body.
